Makuto is about 5'10. He is a slender man with white skin. He was born with the white skin and many people outcasted him because of it. Makuto wears a yellow robe over black baggy pants with black sandals. Makuto is blind so his eyes are not yellow like they are in the picture. Makuto can always be seen carrying around a thin sword. Makuto has long black hair that he rarely cuts.
Personality
Makuto is merciless to his enemies. He has never allowed an enemy to live unless he believed they were so weak that they weren't worth killing. Makuto doesn't do this because he's scared his enemies will challenge him it's just he believes anyone that challenges him should be willing to accept the consequences for their actions. But the consequence is usually death. So why does Makuto not kill those weaker than him? Makuto has never liked people that kill others that can't even fight back or are no match for them so Makuto tries never to be one of those people.
But when Makuto is around friends and allies it's a different story. Makuto can be very friendly when he's around his friends and allies. People that have gotten to know him can say that he is a very friendly, kind, and caring person. In some situations Makuto would even give up his life for a person he cared about enough. This goes to show that it's always better to be on Makuto's good side than his bad side.

History
Early years
Makuto was born in Kamagaya. Obviousely because of Kamagaya's economy his family was not born rich. It was actually the opposite. They were born a very poor family. His father was a miner who got paid very little money. His mother stayed at home to take care of Makuto. There were many days that Makuto's parents would go without eating so he could eat. It was a miserable life but because Makuto was so young he did not understand it and did not think much of it.
Makuto was completely unaware of the serious state his family was in like many children would be. But as his parents began arguing even he became curious. Many times he'd see his mother crying and ask her what was wrong, but she would never answer and just tell him to go play. His father seemed to be angry all day and rarely even talked to Makuto. This had a serious effect on Makuto because he felt very lonely and unloved. His parents spent so much time arguing they forgot all about him which nearly ruined his life.

But Makuto's parents managed to take care of him for 10 years but things were still the same. The couple argued constantly until one day Makuto showed a talent that he had. One day while the couple was arguing Makuto began to cry. His crying became louder and soon he ran to his parents yelling for them to stop. The yelling soon became screeching and because of Makuto's ability to manipulate sound the sound was amplified and nearly bursted his parent's eardrums. His parents could barely believe their son had such a talent. And they soon began to think they could make money off of him. So they took him into the city and began attacking people using their son's screeching power to torment their victims until they handed over their money. Makuto didn't want to do this but it made his parents happy and that's all he wanted.
But of course this soon drew attention to the family. But not from the authorities. They had caught attention from a much more dangerous person. One day while Makuto was screeching at another person a tall man that wore the same clothes Makuto wears today stood forward and commanded the parents to stop manipulating Makuto. Makuto wanted to understand what the man was talking about but he didn't comprehend so he asked the man what was he talking about. The man told Makuto that his parents were just trying to manipulate him and really didn't care about him in the least. Makuto refused to believe it but deep down he knew it was true. He turned around to his parent's and asked them was that what they were doing. His mother looked down in an ashamed way, but his father just stepped forward and grabbed Makuto by his neck and threatened to kill him if he didn't do as he said.
Makuto said nothing as tears began running from his eyes. So the man would have to do something. Lifting his arm he made his palm face the father and blasted a wave of sound that knocked the father against the wall of a building. Then taking out a dagger he threw it at the man's chest killing him. The mother took the dagger out of her husband's chest and then stabbed herself losing her will to live. The man told Makuto to come with him. Makuto followed the man who said he would train Makuto to be a true master of sound. So for the next five years the man trained Makuto day after day Makuto showing progress everyday. Soon Makuto forgot about his parents and almost considered his master to be a father.
16-25
Makuto was now 16 and a very good warrior and he was amazingly good at using the sound element. Everything was going his way until one day while training in the deserts he and his master were attacked by a group of bandits. Usually this wouldn't be a promblem, but this was different. The bandits were able to use elemental attacks which was rare for bandits who were mainly just fighters. But fighting together Makuto and his master fought off the bandits and then Makuto went after the bandit leader. He defeated him quickly and soon his enemy was on the ground. Makuto being a caring person walked away letting the bandit leave with his life. But his master quickly exclaimed for Makuto not to do that but it was too late. Makuto turned around and saw the bandit slashing at him. Makuto had no time to block or counter and the slash went across his eyes blinding him.
His master came shot a blast of sound and told Makuto to run. Makuto being blind just wandered into the desert and never saw his master again. But he knew his master was dead and there was no chance of him seeing him again. For the next couple of years Makuto had to get used to being blind. But his element came in handy. He began using sound to manipulate the sound around him making everthing louder so not only were his senses heightened from being blind he could heighten them by using sound so hearing became his seeing. Makuto has yet to find the bandits that killed his master but he still searches from time to time.
Battle style
Makuto carries around a sword that is his main offense. He usually combines speed with offense and rarely defends. He uses the element of sound occassionaly to fight but mainly he uses it to enhance his hearing so for him hearing is like seeing.
