Toboe is, perhaps, a bit short for his age, not that he would admit it. It's not like he is a midget, but he still strongly dislikes the fact that he is shorter than others his age. But despite that, he's very muscular. He sports black hair, usually tied in a braid, and light brown eyes.
Personality
Toboe is a relatively nice person. He'd kind, courteous, helpful, and considerate, practically the ideal person. He possess the steadfast loyalty of a wolf and is never shy in the face of a stranger.
Even with these helpful characteristics, he still has many flaws. For example, he's a bit too protective of his friends and loved ones and incredibly naive for a 28-year-old. He is also slow to let go of ideas, thinking everything will last forever. He seems like such a good person, though.

Under his kind exterior, Toboe has angst and anger building up inside of him, practically a walking time bomb ready to explode. Toboe is forcing himself to be nice. His kindness is just a facade, a mask he wears in the presence of others.

History
Toboe was born in China, thus his nationality is Chinese. He lived there for many years studying many martial arts and improving his fighting ability. He dedicated his life to fighting, which got him into many gang fights and such. His parents, like any parent would, were worried and would always remind him not to get into any fights, which he obviously ignored. As his parents became oppressive with the household rules, the more Toboe would bottle up his feelings inside.
In an attempt to run away from his parents, Toboe travelled to Japan, the land of the samurais. He had heard many rumors of the fighting styles there, so he decided to see for himself. He was just planning to take a visit, just to scare his parents. But he had gotten into a fight once again, and utterly lost. On the verge of death, he was saved by a passerby-er who happened to see him. He was in rehabilitation for about a year. It was torture for him to not see his parents for so long. He regreted his decision dearly. Finally, after getting over his remorse, he sent a letter home. It took months for him to recieve a reply, but he got one. His parents were apparently doing well and were still extremely worried about him. Toboe continued writing letters to his parents until he stopped receiving replies. Unable to come up with a solution, he travlled back to China and found that his parents had passed away from an illness they had never told him about.
Noone knows this deep secret of Toboe's, and he plans to take it with him to the grave.
Toboe went back to Japan, remorse stricken, and continued his learnings, and still is.
