Ichiro slightly smiled as the wind touched his face. He looked around and the quiet, motionless area. Nothing was here nothing moved there was no sound. Most people would think of this as a peaceful time to just relax and think. But in Kamagaya that just wasn't a good idea. Living in Kamagaya could be very dangerous sinc there were many desert bandits around. Because Kamagaya was a very poor town people would do anything to get money even mug and kill others. Ichiro glanced ahead of him as he heard galloping horses. He squinted and saw about twenty different men and women each with different weapons and all of them riding black horses. He sighed. Ichiro could already tell these guys were going to be trouble.
But instead of running he stood where he was and waited for the warriors to approach him. As they came closer one of them got off their horse and drew a long thin sword. The man was about 6'2 and he was slender and could be called muscular. He wore a black robe with black pants and a black shirt as well. The robe was outlined in white at the middle of it and he wore it opened. He had long black hair and a goatee. Ichiro was usually a cocky person but even he had to admit that the man did look a little intimidating. Ichiro looked around and noticed everyone was wearing the same clothing as this man. It must be the uniform for this group of bandits. As he looked around he had to admit they all were a little intimidating. But if he had to guess he'd say that the leader was a C-rank warrior and his men were high D-rank.
Ichiro smirked slightly. This was going to be a challenge. As soon as he smirked the lead bandit struck him across his face. "There is no reason for you to be laughing!"he yelled. Ichiro put his hand on the handle of his sword but then moved it away not knowing if he wanted to start a fight yet. "I'm guessing I can't convince you guys to solve this in a peaceful way?" The bandits all laughed at the question and every single one of them drew their weapons. "Just so you know I'm really poor and robbing me would bring you no benefit." The bandits ignored the statement completely and prepared to attack. Ichiro silently prayed this would end well.

Makuto looked up at the evening sky. He would need to be getting back to town soon. He hadn't being in the desert in the desert at night. It was very quiet and there was little sound that Makuto could amplify so he would truly feel blind. It was just a feeling he couldn't stand. He hated feeling helpless. Makuto looked down to the ground and saw a scorpion stinging some kind of insect that would probably become a meal. He saw another insect scampering around. It reminded him so much of his master's death. He did nothing to help his master. While his master was being killed he merely crawled away. He took his sword out and cut the scorpion in half. One day soon he would find the bandits responsible for his master's death and they would suffer a fate much worse than death.
He then turned his attention to something else as he heard the sound of galloping horses in the distance. Because Makuto could amplify any noise around him he could easily hear the horses galloping. He would guess by the sound that there was 20 horses give or take. Then he heard the galloping stop. Then a man stepped off a horse. He scowled. They were definetely bandits. It wasn't hard for Makuto to come to that conclusion. After all people didn't travel in groups on horses all the time but in Kamagaya a group of this size was usually if not always a group of bandits. Before his master had died Makuto would usually just ignore the bandits and walk away but now everytime he heard a bandit he would hunt them down.
Makuto put his right hand on the hilt of his sword. It had been a while since he had actually used it. He sprinted over to where the bandits were until he heard the sounds of the bandits getting louder which meant he must be closer so he began walking slower. As he began walking slower he amplified the sound a little more and by counting up the different breathing rates he heard he counted 21 people but there was only 20 horses. But that made perfect sense. The bandits had stopped to rob someone so the 21st person he counted wasn't a bandit. Makuto focused in on where the bandit that had gotten off his horse was. He turned and looked at the man. He then smirked and drew his sword slowly. He looked at the bandit that was most likely the leader and asked "Why are you disturbing this poor helpless man?" he looked toward the man that was standing in front of the bandit leader. He guessed he was the only bandit since it seemed like everyone else was on a horse. "You don't have to worry, I will dispatch of these bandits quickly," he said with a smile.
He then turned back to the bandit leader. "Now where were we? Ah yes, why are you attacking this helpless man?"

Ichiro looked to the side as a man came walking towards him and the bandits that were about to attack him. The first thing that he noticed was the man was blind. But that caused Ichiro to wonder. The man was blind so how in the world did he find his way here? Ichiro knew that people got heightened senses when they became blind but still this guy seemed a little freaky. It was almost as if this guy could see. Ichiro wanted to ask the man how did he know who was around him but now wasn't the time for a conversation. Another thing that stuck out was the man's apparent calmness. From the way he called Ichiro helpless Ichiro could tell that the man didn't think he could fight so he just came up to 20 bandits(Ichiro just took it for granted the man knew there was twenty bandits. He seemed to know about everything else anyway.) knowing or thinking rather because Ichiro was no pushover he'd had to fight them and protect the "helpless man". On one hand Ichiro had to admire that but on the other hand Ichiro was thinking the man might be a little foolish. Ichiro was all for helping those who were helpless but this was just suicide. A blind man with a sword fighting against 20 bandits that were skilled in fighting was near impossible.
Ichiro put his hand on the handle of his sword. This man was going to turn this into a battle that he thought he could win but really Ichiro would have to fight for the life of this man. But before attacking he waited to see what the bandit leader would say to the man. When he looked at the bandit leader he saw that he was red with anger. He was beyond angry he was furious and he had every intention of making the blind man feel his wrath. He lifted his thin sword and ran towards the man and it looked like he was about to stab the man through his chest but he stopped to the point where his sword was a few inches away from the blind man's chest. "How DARE you come up to I a lord of bandits and even think that you can question me?" A bandit that was still on his horse laughed.
Ichiro turned to see a very large muscular man with a large axe in his hand. "You've done it now! Our lord is going to tear you limb from limb! Then he will feed your remains to his dogs!" The bandit leader merely smirked and waited for an answer from the man. Ichiro held on to his blade very tightly. He hadn't really wanted this to turn into a fight but depending on the blind man's next actions it just might. If it did Ichiro would not hesitate to jump forward and attack in an attempt to save the blind man's life. He waited like he was on the edge of his seat at a play or movie to see what happened next.

Makuto smiled as he heard the man that bandit lord had been talking to grasp the handle of his sword. People were always underestimating him because he was blind. But it never made Makuto angry or anything. After all they didn't even know him so why should he get angry that they don't know his true strength. In this situation Makuto was glad that the man was a fighter. Each of the bandits were carrying weapons and they didn't seem like the weak type of bandits that stood no chance against warriors with elemental power. He hated having to defend himself against bandits like those. They were all extremely weak and never stood any chance against him and it really gave him no adrenaline rush and there was just no challenge. But on the other hand when dealing with bandits of this level in a group of this size it was always good to have a comrade that could help you out in the situation.
Makuto awaited an answer to the question he had asked the "bandit lord". Then he heard the man began running moving his sword. By the way the man moved his sword and by how long he moved it Makuto could tell he was trying to stab him in the chest. But Makuto did not fear for his life in the least. Yes most people would probably understand the trouble or danger of a situation such as this but Makuto knew two things that were the complete truth. One he was much more skilled than this bandit. This bandit seemed to just be a cocky person that believed he was stronger than the people around him but in reality he was beyond weak. Two the man wasn't going to kill him right away. Many bandits made money not only from robbing others but by holding people for ransom. That wouldn't do them any good if they tried holding Makuto for ransom because there wasn't anyone that would pay it. But of course the bandits didn't know that. So of course Makuto wasn't scared that he would lose his life to this man.
He smirked as he heard the man stop his sword only inches away from Makuto's chest. He also chuckled at the question the man asked. "How dare I? Well you have to understand I am way too confident in my abilities to fear the power of a lowerclass bandit such as yourself. And then you pose no threat to me even if you are a "bandit lord". So that is why I dare to question you." Makuto knew that comment would most likely start a fight. He looked at the big muscular bandit on his horse as he told of his lord's power. Makuto smirked and pushing his opponent's sword away and backing up slightly he turned around and opened his palm making it face the muscular bandit. The bandit continued laughing and Makuto couldn't help but chuckle. Then in a split second he fired a blast of sound to the opponent's left ear. And by the screams of pain and agony he guessed the man's eardrum had busted. The man fell off his horse screaming and covering his ears. Makuto smiled and drew his sword. "If you are still fool enough to continue this then I will have no mercy on you and you will suffer the same fate if not a worse one as your partner.

The bandit lord scowled as he saw one of his bandits fall to the ground screaming in pain unable to defend himself against his opponent's attack. It almost sickened him. The bandit lord was not the type of person to accept failure. But right now he had no time to deal with the bandit. He looked at the blind warrior. As he saw the calm look of his new enemy he could not help but scowl. The warrior was strong, he could tell. And the calmness about him was just too scary. He had strength and skill and he knew it. It would be difficult to handle this pest but not impossible. He put his sword down to his side as if he was giving up the battle but a few seconds after putting the sword to his side he quickly lifted it again and ran towards his opponent holding his sword as if he were going to make a slash at his opponent's neck. ---------------------------------------------- Ichiro drew his sword as he saw the bandit lord running towards the blind man preparing to cut his head off. He couldn't stand by any longer. He had no choice but to step in and intervene in the battle. But as soon as he drew his sword a bandit fired an arrow at him. Because of Ichiro's trained senses he quickly heard the arrow being shot and as the arrow came passed him he jumped back barely missing the arrow. Then moving with amazing speed he jumped behind the man that had shot an arrow landed on his horse and stabbed him in the back killing him. Immediately the other bandits got off of their horses. Although the blind man had shown he had some skill Ichiro was sure the bandit lord would kill him and then he'd have to face 18 bandits and their lord. He hoped these other bandits were nowhere near as strong as their lord. -------------------------------------------- As the bandit lord got closer to the blind man he used one of his techniques which amplified his physical ability to put him on the level of a superhuman. The ability he used allowed him to move so fast it seemed like he was teleporting which was very useful. He used this to get behind his opponent and then holding his sword in the air he brought it down with great power in an attempt to slice the blind man in two. He had a feeling that he had already won this match.

Makuto smiled at the ignorance the bandit lord had. Yes that move would have easily thrown off any normal opponent but Makuto was not just an ordinary warrior. There was two things that seperated Makuto from the regular warrior. One he was a blind warrior. And this move would throw off people that could see. By the sound Makuto already knew what his opponent had done. He had moved at such a high speed that it would seem he was teleporting to the normal human eye. But Makuto heard him moving and knew he had not teleported so the technique did not throw him off. Second Makuto was a very intelligient warrior. He knew there was vast amounts of techniques in the world and that some were able to amplify a normal human being's physical skill. That was all this move was but physical techniques were rarer than other techniques so people didn't quite understand them as much but Makuto had learned from his master to understand his opponents and this was something he took to heart which is why he began reading various books on fighting techniques and things like that so he could get a better understanding of the opponents he may come into contact with.
So this overconfident man had already sealed his fate because against a man like Makuto there was no way he could win the battle. Hearing his opponent's sword come down Makuto quickly blocked the technique with his sword. Makuto did not turn around but merely blocked while not facing his opponent. He could feel the strain on his arm to block the technique. The bandit lord had put a lot of strength into that attack and it would not be easy for Makuto to make another move against it. He had two choices. One was stop blocking and cutting his opponent's leg with his sword. The other was using his element of sound and hoping that the man would drop his sword from the pain. Each could turn the battle to Makuto's favor or they could ruin this battle for him. But either way Makuto would have to choose one. He couldn't block the attack forever.
He thought and quickly made a choice. He stopped blocking and aimed a quick sword slash to his opponent's knee hoping that the attack would land and help him out in this battle. Then if that attack was successful Makuto would back up by a couple of feet and fire a blast of sound at his opponent. Then to finish the match Makuto would run to his opponent and stab his sword through the man's back. This plan wasn't guaranteed to work but Makuto was very confident it would and had no doubt the battle would be his in the next couple of minutes.

(OOC- All right. So far Ichiro had been traveling through the desert which is known for having many bandits. He is confronted by 20 bandits and their lord. He fears a battle will begin that will leave him in a bad state afterwards until Makuto shows up. Makuto is blind and Ichiro believes that he will be a hindurance instead of help. Then proving Ichiro wrong Makuto shows no fear when confronted by the bandit lord and when mocked by a bandit he fires a blast of sound and the battle begins. He's attacked by the bandit leader who shows to be able to amplify his physical skills such as speed and strength. Makuto shows he knows a vast amount of different fighting styles and easily blocks the bandit's attack showing that his physical skill does not throw him off one bit. Meanwhile Ichiro is fighting against the remaining 19 bandits. One fires an arrow at him when he draws a sword and he dodges then kills the bandit. Now Ichiro fights against 18 bandits and Makuto continues his fight against the bandit lord. I'm going to go ahead and make my post though. I know it's a long summary but a lot has happened in these couple of posts.)
The bandit lord gasped in surprise as his attack was blocked. He didn't expect it to ruin the battle though and immediately he attempted to punch the blind man across his face but he was stopped. He felt a sharp pain in his leg and when he looked down he saw blood and his opponent backing up. "Dammit!" The bandit lord said becoming beyond angry. To most people receiving an injury wouldn't be that infuriating. But he was a bandit lord and was supposed to be one of the strongest people in the world and he is wounded by a blind man?! He would not let this happen. As he saw his opponent lifting his palm towards him he used his physical element to jump about 20 feet into the air. It was a sight to see. Then he came down preparing to slash his opponent in half with his sword. No this attack wasn't very original but being in a battle wasn't about originality or being able to put people in awe. It was about wiping your opponent from the face of the earth and showing them what true power was and that was just what he was about to do. ----------------------------------------------------------- Ichiro blocked the slash of a bandit with a very large stone sword. It was hard to block the powerful attack but Ichiro managed it. Then he quickly turned around as he heard a man yelling a battle cry and running towards him. The man had a large metal hammer and prepared to swing it at Ichiro. Ichiro flipped behind the man and smirked as he saw the man swing his hammer at his comrade and his comrade being electrocuted because apparently the bandit had the power to control the element of lightning and like Ichiro could use it through his weapon. Ichiro was being to think this would be an easy battle and was beginning to become bored.
Then a large, muscular man grabbed him from behind and he saw a slender young woman with a sword smiling at him. The sword then became covered with fire and Ichiro could tell this next part wasn't going to tickle. He attempted to struggle and scowled as he saw his sword in front of him and then he knew he didn't have a chance. If he hadn't dropped his sword he could have cut the man and gotten out of this predicament but now he was in hot water and there was little chance that he would live through this attack. He closed his eyes as he awaited his death.

Not too far from the battle trudged a young man. He grunted against the sand, shaking his head, "Damn you sand..." He cursed, taking off his shoe and tipping it upside-down to pour out the sand. Kozaku looked how he always did: Crimson hair in a low ponytail. Somewhat cat-like, light yellow eyes. Shirtless with a pair of baggy olive pants. Chains and skulls on weapons and belts. He looked much like a rogue. And he used to be.
As he put his shoe back on, his yellow eyes scanned the nearby desert. As he was about to start walking again, he noticed movement. A fight, to be exact. There was a man with a large stone sword, blocking an attack by a bandit. That was just a simple observation. But Kozaku smiled lightly, surly the man would win. But that's when they got the best of him. Kozaku winced, then bursted into a sprint. Just as the female started her swing, Kozaku's full body-weight connected with her body, sending both her and himself to the ground. Using the force of the fall, he managed to catch on the male bandit's leg, pulling him down along with the other two.

Makuto smiled as he saw the bandit lord coming down through the air attempting to kill him. He was getting a little fed up with this. Yes usually he wouldn't mind a good challenge but this was getting a little pathetic. The man was yelling a battlecry and had given Makuto his exact whereabouts. This was getting beyond easy. Makuto lifted his sword to block his opponent's attack. Then as he was blocking he lifted his free hand he made his palm face his opponent and fired a blast of sound to his right ear which he knew without a doubt would send him into writhing pain. As soon as the man fell to the ground or stopped trying to break past Makuto's defense Makuto would send his sword through the man's chest killing him. Although he could never be sure if the battle would turn in his favor Makuto was pretty confident that the battle was coming to the sand.
Makuto smirked as he heard the man he had attempted to save struggling with the other bandits. He knew that the man wasn't as good a warrior as he was. But really, who could honestly say they were? Makuto then frowned slightly when he heard another noise. It was a man sprinting across the sand. He scowled once more. This battle wasn't getting more and more complicated. There was two things that might happen. This man may be a bandit himself and stop Makuto from killing the bandit lord or either a good samaritan trying to help out. He got his answer shortly after the question. The man tackled a bandit who was about to attack the man Makuto had saved and pulled another bandit down with him. Makuto was glad he wouldn't have to help the man again now since another skilled warrior had shown up.

Ichiro opened as his eyes as he felt himself falling to the ground. As he opened his eyes he quickly noticed the cause of it. A shirtless young man with baggy olive pants, crimson hair, and weird yellow eyes(although most probably thought Ichiro's red eyes were a little weird) had pushed the woman that had been about to kill Ichiro to the ground and grabbed the pants of the bandit that had been holding Ichiro pulling the bandit and Ichiro down. Ichiro got up slowly spitting out some sand then he quickly ran to get his sword and just as the bandit that had been holding him came running towards him he used the handle of his sword and hit the man across the neck knocking him out. Usually Ichiro would have killed the bandit but he had been impressed by the bandit and decided he had earned his respect and the right to live.
Ichiro saw the young girl that had attempted to kill him move to the side and begin to get up. He pointed at her with his index and middle finger and a small ball of electrical energy began to form on his two fingers. He then fired a bolt of electricity knocking the girl out. Now the bandits were furious. Three of them immediately jumped off of their horses and went running towards the crimson haired man that had saved Ichiro's life. Ichiro gathered electrical energy in his palm and touched his sword transfering the electric energy to his sword using his signature technique. He then sprinted as quickly as possible in front of his savior and with his lightning blade he made a slash that cut every single man in half. He smirked. Most people would have easily blocked that slash but all three of this bandits were easily killed by the simple attack.
He looked back at his savior. "Thank you. You really saved my life back there." He looked at the remaining 15 bandits that now seemed very fearful but then they finally figured out that there was 15 of them vs. two other warriors. And they decided they liked those odds. All 15 bandits jumped off their horses and began walking towards Ichiro and his savior. Ichiro looked at his savior and smirked. "I think I'm going to need your help again," he said as the 15 bandits began to charge. ------------------------------------------ "Damn it all!" the bandit lord screamed at the top of his lungs as his attack was blocked by the blind man. "You are a blind man! How on earth are you able to do these things?!" But the bandit lord would never get his answer. The blind man fired a wave of sound that busted his ear drums and that's when the bandit got his answer. "You used your element sound to amplify the noises around you so it's almost like you can hear!" the bandit said rather loudly since he was now deaf. Then he began screaming in fear as he saw the blind man coming in for the kill. He began begging for his life but in the end he was killed by his opponent's sword going straight through him.

Kozaku growled, and jumped up, hand on the hilt of his weapon. He watched at the man he saved fought for him, and smirked, "Looks like we are even now!" He chuckled, and drew his sword, after brushing himself off, "15 of them. I'd say whoever gets the most kills wins." He watched as a bandit lunged himself at him. The warrior sidestepped and slashed down, cutting the bandit's spine horizontally.
The blade was quickly replaced in one hand, and he continued in his fighting-stance, "I'm Kozaku. How 'ya doin'?" All alone, Kozaku was a faithful warrior. He wasn't the greatest fighter, but he knew what he was doing. A simple command would bring his secret weapon into command if Kozaku needed the help. But that was something he'd only use in an emergency. Right now, Kozaku was confident that he could take any of the bandits.

Makuto couldn't help but smirk as he saw the bandit lord fall to the ground. The battle was less than challenging to say the least but still he was a little impressed. The guy was a pretty good warrior for a bandit that is. Makuto sheathed his sword and concentrated his sound amplifying somewhere else. The man he had tried to save and the man that had just saved him were helping each other to defeat the remaining bandits. He smiled. The two were very skilled warriors. Of course in Makuto's mind they were no where near his strength and power but they were still skilled.
He listened as the bandits were killed by the two. He would help but apparently the two needed no assisstance and Makuto didn't feel like wasting his time fighting people that were so much weaker than him. But he still decided not to leave. The two were really starting to interest him and he wanted to know more about their skills and power. He crossed his arms and smirked as he watched on the battle. Although it may seem like Makuto was just watching on for enjoyment he had another reason. Makuto had learned that anyone could become an enemy just like anyone could become an ally. He wanted to see these two warriors ability and skill just in case he ever met them again. He watched on excitedly to see how the battle would turn out.

Ichiro smiled as he saw his savior fighting. Although the bandits he was fighting against weren't nearly as strong as him it was still easy to see he had skill. He was quick warrior that mainly used a sword for combat. Ichiro could tell the man was very calm and confident in his abilities. He was also a friendly person although some may not think that from how hard he fought. "Hey I'm Ichiro, nice to meet you." Ichiro said with a smile. He then saw a warrior running towards him with two katanas. Ichiro flipped over the man and slashed him across the back and then sent his sword through the man's body. Too easy he thought to himself and then remembered the man that had came to his rescue. The man had killed the bandit lord and was just standing to the side watching Ichiro and Kozaku fight the bandits off.
Ichiro scowled. What was with this guy? How could he just stand there watching the battle when he knew that he should help? Ichiro leaned back as he heard someone approaching and saw them trying to stab him with a sai. He used his sword to cut the bandit's arm clean off and then hit the man in the face with the hilt of his sword. He then turned his attention back to the blind man. "Hey blind guy!" Ichiro yelled not knowing the man's name, "Why are you just standing over there?! You could lend a hand!" Ichiro yelled out. Of course the bandits weren't too hard to defeat but still the man didn't just have to stand there. Ichiro once again electrified his sword and slashed a bandit running behind him in half. He then waited impatiently for an answer from the blind man.

Kozaku back flipped over a twin team of bandits. They lunged at him with fencing swords, but Kozaku held his ground. As a thin-needle-sword flew towards his eye, he caught it with his left hand, letting out a sigh of relief, "You're slow!" he shouted. The other twin smirked, and went to stab Kozaku's heart, but the rogue knew better. He took the fencing blade, and pulled the twin closer, making his own brother rip through his heart. Kozaku then took his sword, and rammed it through the dying twin, jabbing the other in the heart as well. He ripped out the blade, then got back into his stance, the small crystalline-skull hanging from his hilt glowing a dark crimson, "Three for me!" He shouted, laughing lightly.
These bandits were nothing. Xion would be at bay for a couple more days at this rate. A very good thing. All he hoped was that the other two didn't turn on him. That would be bad. And, knowing Xion, they'd be ripped to shreds. The only thought that ran though Kozaku's head was: "Don't get hit." He knew that there was no way of releasing Xion without a would.
